In general, the Business Development team responds within 24 hours, However. If there are specific requirements where the medical team of Medi Sense Clinic is required to be involved, then the response time will be 48-72 hours of receiving the queries or depending on the query.

For any kind of services at Medi Sense Clinic, the candidate or the Company’s Representative should communicate with the Medi Sense Clinic Coordinators through email and provide a minimum of 24 – 48 hours’ advance notification on their tentative dates for completion of the services at Medi Sense Clinic.

Medi Sense Clinic Coordinators shall communicate within 24 - 48 working days of receiving the appointment request and in accordance with the response received from the Medical Insurance Company.

The visit at Medi Sense Clinic for completion of the medical check-ups will cover 1-2 hours, depending on the complicity of tests to be completed. Additional hours may be required if the consulting doctors recommend any additional investigations, based on the initial consultation findings and if required or requested by yourself.

Morning is preferable to complete the whole list of investigations during the candidate/patient’s visit to Medi Sense Clinic (if fasting blood tests are included in the required service, the candidate/patient’s will be required to fast for a maximum of 8 - 10 hrs. The same information will be shared in the appointment confirmation mail from Medi Sense Clinic Coordinators).

RTA parking is available near and around the building where Medi Sense Clinic is located. Medi Sense Clinic location map and details on how to reach the facility will be shared by the Medi Sense Clinic Coordinators through an official email, while they confirm the appointments for your services at Medi Sense Clinic.

Valid ID Cards such as passport copy/Emirates ID/ driving license and medical insurance card should be carried on the day of your appointment to Medi Sense Clinic and submitted to Medi Sense Clinic reception for registration purposes. If any previous medical records are available and you think they can be of support for your medical condition, please bring them during the consultation and share the details with the consulting doctor.

A set of forms such as the Registration Form, General Consent Form, General Evaluation Form, and other specific medical questionnaire forms in accordance with the medical check-up requirements will be shared by the Medi Sense Clinic Coordinators. The forms/ questionnaires need to be filled out and sent back to the Coordinators prior to your visit to Medi Sense Clinic or as a response to the coordinator’s email.

If the services required are to be covered through medical insurance, it is advisable to share your medical insurance card while communicating with coordinators for your appointment

You will also be required to carry it and submit it to the clinic on your appointment date.

Yes, a set of forms such as Registration Form, General Consent Form, General Evaluation Form, and other specific medical questionnaires/forms in accordance with the medical check-up requirements will be required to be filled and submitted at the reception on the day of the appointment if not filled and submitted through email. All forms are electronically fillable; hence it is advisable to be filled and submitted to the Medi Sense Clinic Coordinators while responding to your appointment schedule.

For the services covered under insurance, the invoices raised will be submitted to the Medical Insurance Company in accordance with your medical insurance policy. You may be liable to pay only for Co-pay or deductible if any, as mentioned in your medical insurance card, or information as received in the pre-approval from the Medical Insurance Company.

If service is availed under cash payment, you will have to settle the invoices raised prior to the exit after completion of services, payment can ve made through cash/cards. Visa/Master cards are accepted

For services availed through the company, as per your company request, invoices raised will be forwarded to your company for payment

If you require Medi Sense Clinic to share your medical report with any other person other than you, a pre-authorization request for releasing the report should be submitted to Medi Sense Clinic. The respective form is available with the Medi Sense Clinic Coordinators. You could communicate with the Medi Sense Coordinators, and they will advise you on the procedures for releasing the report to any other person on your behalf. Or through email sent from your email address confirming the details of the person to collect the report on your behalf.   

In general, the medical reports for the medical check-ups are released through the Medi Sense Clinic Coordinators within 5 – 7 working days and in accordance with the complexity of the medical check-up conducted.

Earlier releases of medical reports are applicable in accordance with the services completed or on request

Any delays in the release of the medical report will be communicated to the candidate through the Medi Sense Clinic Coordinators.

Medical Reports are released from Medi Sense Clinic, following the strict confidential procedures, where the reports are sent as soft copies through email (password-protected file) to the respective employee.  A hard copy will be released to the respective person on request.

Please be aware that the Medi Sense Clinic Coordinators will send you the soft copy of the medical report and the password for the medical report file in two different emails to ensure the confidentiality procedures of Medi Sense Clinic are followed and maintained.

Medical Reports include all the results of the completed investigations, interpretation of the results, medical recommendations, prescriptions, if applicable, and the final conclusion of the medical check-up.

Being a polyclinic, as per the rules and regulations mandated by Dubai Health Authority, Medi Sense Clinic is not allowed to cater food services through its pantry hence you will have to arrange the food/ refreshments by yourself. The candidate can consume the carried refreshment in an allocated area within Medi Sense Clinic only after confirmation is received from Medi Sense Clinic medical staff (in case fasting requirements are in place for the required tests).
